Linda Landry Miller attended the Desert Bar Association’s Luncheon featuring a continuing legal education seminar on the topic of “Top Issues California Employers Need to Know to Avoid Employee Lawsuits.” Desert employment law attorneys David Mule and Karen J. Sloat provided an excellent recap of recent developments on employment law including independent contractor and wage and hour issues. The seminar, held at the Classic Club in Palm Desert, updated Linda Landry Miller’s knowledge of key issues that frequently arise in employment litigation mediations.
